Despite the fact that the data for Mega Man and Pac-Man are on the game’s disc, Capcom will not be unlocking the two mascots on the 360 version of the game. You can unlock the these mans for free on the PS3 version of the game, and they’ll also be immediately playable on the Vita port of the title. We can only guess that Sony paid Capcom a pretty chunk of change for these exclusives....

Michael Bay use to deliver some of the best mindless action out there, but then he started makingTransformersmovies and the mindless took over everything, and he went from being able to coherently piece together big exploding things to vomiting visual trash onto the screen. Wakka-wakka-wakka-wakka-wakka The Microsoft Store has set listings for two as-yet-unannounced retro compilations coming from long-time publisher Namco. According to the site,Namco Museum Archives Vol. 1andNamco Museum Archives Vol. 2are scheduled for release on June 18. According to the site listings, each volume contains 11 Namco classics, some of which are seeing official release in the west for the first time. Modern features include the ability to save gameplay at any point, as well as a “Replay” option that rewinds the last minute of action, allowing players to call a retake on any mistakes....
Capcom is doing this right so far Monster Hunter Worldhad an impact that many other games in the series have failed to really hit. Not only was it announced for a worldwide release very quickly (rather than months or even years later in coy fashion), but it was also developed for multiple core console platforms (PS4 and Xbox One), PC, and features cross-region (but not cross-platform) play. They came out of the gate swinging rather than cater to a niche, and I think it’s paying off....
