Though modern military shooters are far from scarce in 2012, the developer hasplansto make it standout from other shooters on the marketplace. The developer says the game will closely resembles the early days of the mod and is influenced byRainbow Six: Rogue SpearandDay of Defeat....

Killzone 3isn’t out until February 22, but that hasn’t stopped Guerrilla Games from announcing its first set of downloadable content — a Retro Map Pack. The Retro Map Pack consists of twoKillzone 2maps that have been updated and refined for their appearance inKillzone 3. The maps in question are Salamun Market and Blood Gracht. Presumably, it will launch on PlayStation Network day-and-date with the game. We already knew that a Retro Map Pack was being given away withpre-orders and the Helghast Edition, so it stood to reason that Guerrilla would release it for purchase as well....

Better late than never at all. Rockstar Games has announced thatL.A. Noirewill appear on PC this fall. This time around, Rockstar Leeds is handling development. Anofficial blog postpromises keyboard remapping and gamepad functionality, in addition to better graphics and support for 3D. I’m not so sure I want that last feature, based on some of the bodies you have to inspect inL.A. Noire. Even still, this will be a very good addition to the platform....

But Limited Run Games has announced that they’ve secured exclusive rights to a collector’s edition on PC in North America, which comes with a ton of goodies. Company closes its doors after 19 years Mario & Luigideveloper AlphaDream has filed for bankruptcy. The news broke yesterday from aJapanese financial report on Yahoo News. It seems the mounting debt the studio had was too much and has forced the developer to close. As of March 2018, the company had amassed around $4.3 million in debt, which is what contributed to the recent filing. Founded in 2000, the company is closing its doors after 19 years in the industry....

It was then created in a drinking game jam, and brought around to some shows like PAX East. The point of the game is to stacks hats with one or two players, drink beer, and avoid the debris flying around the level from the crazy bar fight happening in the background....
