I am absolutely in love withDokapon Kingdomon my Wii. Its unique blend of board gaming aesthetics and RPG elements infused new life into my tired old console and I play it all the time. It may be my favorite game for Nintendo’s white box and I highly recommend that anyone who hasn’t bought it yet to do soimmediately. So, I’m positively chomping at the bit for any and all content relating to the DS iteration of the game,Dokapon Journey....

Sonic Lost World’s ‘aggressive’ language is exactly that

‘I’m going to skin you alive’ is a thing someone will say It wasn’t terribly long ago that we got regular laughs out of Entertainment Software Board ratings. When reading a summary of a videogame mostly free of context, silliness is bound to crop up. The rating forSonic Lost Worldhas gotten some attention for a different reason: During gameplay, characters sometimes use aggressive language (e.g., “You’re going home in a box,” ‘I’m going to skin you alive,’ and ‘I long for death’s cold embrace....

Moving out Sony’s New York City HQ was put up for sale and already has a buyer, The Chetrit Group, which will pay $1.1 billion for the property. Sony isn’t doing so hot lately, with less money in the bank than they’re used to, so now they’re scrambling to get back in the black....

Team Fortress 2sdays: Smash Brothers!

Kirby sucks Happy Tuesday! Seems like everyone these days is all about thatSmash Brothers, and who can blame them really? I know I’ll be picking up my copies day one. These Dungeonland class videos show off the game’s humor

And also what the classes are all about Dungeonland, the ARPG-ish dungeon crawler, has quite a lot going for it.Chris came away quite surprised with the game, despite hearing some mediocre things beforehand. A large part of the game’s charm has been the humor conveyed through the promotional videos, like the three class videos released today. The Rogue, Warrior, and Mage each get their own highlight video showing off the various play styles of each....

February 10 My firstWarhammer 40,000game wasFire Warrior, which pretty much sums up the historical cyclical nature of the series in the gaming world.
