With the game not even on store shelves, Electronic Arts has revealed a slew of downloadable content for the upcomingThe Godfather IIon PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Called “Premium Upgrade Packs,” the content includes multiplayer maps, weapon upgrades, maxed out crew members, and other crap people can complain should have shipped on the disc.
The content will become available on April 23, two weeks after the game’s April 7 release date.

I’ve been playingThe Godfather IIfor a few days now (for our review, which hits on April 7), and I have to admit that some of this stuff looks like it could be useful. Jimmy Lira sounds like a total badass, and someone I’d want in my family. But am I ready to pay $4.00 for him? Not so sure. I would get a discount if I bought the bundle, though… Idohave three weeks to think about this.
