The basic Battle Pass will cost you 950 Apex Coins ($9.50) and allows you to unlock new gear as you you level up throughout the season. There’s also a Battle Pass Bundle for folks with less time on their hands which unlocks the first 25 levels instantly, but it’ll set you back 2,800 Apex Coins ($28). These can’t be purchased with currency accrued in-game, so you’ll have to cough up some cash if you want to get in on the action.

Even if you don’t buy in, you’ll still be able to play like normal, and you’ll get a skin, five Apex Packs, and 18 Wild Frontier Stat Trackers just for participating. All in all, it seems pretty fair considering I’ve been playing since launch without spending a dime.
