While most music-based games focus onmaintaining rhythmor use the sound togenerate gameplay elements,Circuitstakes a bit of a different approach. Taking on a much slower pace, Circuits tasks players with listening to a musical piece, then reconstructing that piece using a predetermined template and several small chunks of melody and rhythm to place in the template.

Though the video above shows off the minimalist art style that led toits namesake, the video below does a better job explaining how one actually playsCircuits. Through use of keen ears and attention to detail, players can reconstruct a song and watch as it visually unfolds from beginning to end of the circuit.
