If you missed your chance to tryDestiny 2‘s wonderful mishmash of PvP and PvE because you were hanging in Seattle for PAX or were otherwise indisposed, good news: Gambit is getting another trial.
AllDestiny 2players will have access to Gambit from Friday, September 21 at 10:00am Pacific through Sunday, September 23 at 10:00am Pacific. You don’t need to own theForsakenexpansion.
I feel like some people still aren’t sure what Gambit’s about, so, in short: two teams compete to kill enemies, bank the items they drop, summon new enemies for the opposing team to deal with, and race to spawn and finally kill a boss. Best of all, you’re able to invade each other’s area to be a total pest.
