When the game launched, the expected release date was 5/22, then it was pushed to 5/29, and now Blizzard has no idea when it will truly be ready as statedin an official forum post. Of course, the in-game gold Auction House is still up and running.
Also in the post, Blizzard details how they’ve already madea number of hotfixes, as well as worked on the servers behind the scenesto stabilize the game. Additionally, they state that a full-on patch may be available as soon a next week that fixes a number of issues and small bugs that are still present. There’s still no word on the future PVP-addon, or any content updates.

They also tackle the issue ofreportedly hacked accounts, and state that Blizzard’s servers have not been compromised, and the servers themselves have not been spoofed. As with any digital service, ensure you keep everything secure, have a unique email for your Battle.net account, and give said account a complex password.
