With the launch of Team 2 cards, we have a fair idea about all the available FUT Birthday players inEA FC 25, and there are some fantastic cards.
The FUT Birthday promo is a celebration of Ultimate Team, which turns 16 this year. To celebrate the occasion, EA Sports has released some fantastic cards, but also some that are not so great. All things considered, here’s my tier list grading all the cards based on how they perform in the current meta.

There’s not much to write about the cards in the B and C-tiers. The only significant difference is the in-game stats and playstyles, which at least make the B-tier cards somewhat useable.
