A videogame that mashes up tons of classic NES titles, puts you in the role of the most iconic boss from theDouble Dragonseries, sends you on a grand quest through various different genres, and blows through every single retro gaming trope along the way? This is the game that could only exist as an ethereal construct, yet here is a trailer and a promise of an actual release. I can die a happy man!

We last sawI-Mockery‘sAbobo’s Big AdventureatSan Diego Comic-Con, but now the rest of us canwitness the game in its full glory! There’s so much crammed into the short video above that my mind totally fizzles out. Abobo fights a giant Old Man fromThe Legend of Zelda, hoists Doc Louis while still on the bike, fends ofCasltevania‘s Death during a balloon trip, and pile drives some poor schmuck all the way from the stratosphere!
