How to shared FATEs work in Dawntrail?

If you’re expecting to do 88 FATEs in each area, mainly because you’re scarred from the grind in bothShadowbringersandEndwalker, then you’re in luck. The total number of FATEs in each area has been reduced by 20, and completing Rank 3 only takes a total of 66 FATEs now. I know this doesn’t seem like a lot, but trust me, it helps.

Here’s how many FATEs you’ll need to complete to complete eachShared FATEsRank:

Completing each Rank will unlock further items at the local Bicolor Gemstone vendor, and Gemstones are earned through completing FATEs – you’ll receive a minimum of 16 for each successfully completed FATE, though this number goes up depending on bonuses or appearances by the Forlorn or Forlorn Maiden.

Where is the Gemstone Trader in Shaaloani?
