Bertil Hörberg, the developer of theGunman Cliveseries, has shared a post-mortem of sorts for recent entries in the series on NeoGAF. In short, he concludes thatGunman Clive HDhas sold 9,000 units (not counting Japan), and despite the fact that it’s “not amazing,” it’s still profitable.
He also notes that this is “10 times” the sales of the Steam version ofGunman Clive 2, though he chalks that up to “worse promoting.” It’s unfortunate that this great series isn’t selling gangbusters, but I’m glad it’s profitable.
