With every new patch for live service games, there comes a host of errors and issues.DBDis no exception, and its latestThe Walking Deadupdate broke quite a few things in the title.
One of these issues is theFailed to Create Partyerror, displaying when you try to start up a game as a Survivor. It’s a nuisance, but thankfully not difficult to fix. Here’s everything you need to know.

‘Failed to Create Party’ DBD error, explained
This issue tends to affect primarily those trying to start the Survivor queue inDBD. When you click on the “Survivor” button under the “Play” tab, you’re met with a long loading process that results in the error mentioned above.
Thankfully, this is just a glitch, and can be fixed (most of the time) by merely spamming the “Survivor” button. It took me some five or six tries to finally get past the error and load up into a game. That isn’t to say things will immediately run smoothly, as this latest update also brought in theAccept Invitation Failederror when you invite friends after brute forcing through the party creation issue.

To fix that one, the person affected has to restart their game and be re-invited again, which should, most of the time, fix the issue.
This is a problem not related to your own machine or internet connection, but rather to BHVR’s servers and services, which are sometimes bricked by major updates or large influxes of players, such as when a popular IP is added to the game. If nothing works, be patient and report the bug to Behaviour either on Reddit or other BHVR platforms, so the devs can come and fix it ASAP.
