To get the Onos inWarframe,you have to play the new Disruption node, Armatus, on Deimos. The blueprint for this weapon is on the B rotation, so if you want to target farm it, you have to successfully defend all four conduits for the first two rounds of the mode.
After Round Two, you only have to defend two conduits to ensure a B rotation drop. Note that it is a rare drop, and you have a 5% chance to get it. However, you also do run the chance of receiving parts for the Ruvox fists weapon.
If you are somehow unlucky and never get the Onos blueprint, you may acquire enough Vessel Capillaries to buy the blueprint for360 units.
How to farm Vessel Capillaries

Note that you will also need to have the Whispers in the Walls quest completed to unleash its full potential. It’s an Incarnon weapon, so it’ll have evolution states that give it additional stats.
