Have you ever seen this Chalice Dungeon creature before?

The Chalice Dungeons inBloodborneremind me a lot of the deep sea – I know there’s some cool stuff down there, but there’s also a bunch of creepy shit, and I’d rather not dwell on it if at all possible.

I get the feeling that mostBloodborneplayers explored the randomly-generated tombs more than they would’ve liked. I stuck with them for the platinum trophy, and I don’t regret that choice, but I also didn’t have a great time down there getting all turned around and beaten to a pulp by vile boss creatures.

This week, I learned about something a bunch of us missed: the exceedingly rare Labyrinth Mole. A Redditor named LFDTposted a screenshotof their Chalice Dungeon find and I had to do a double-take.

If you search for that enemy name, you’ll getwiki results. There aremultiplevideosof the ornery mole, some of which show the strange being swallow players whole in a nastyBloodborne-as-hell way.

It’s not every day I learn something so cool about one of my favorite video games. I need to cherish this.
