Like it or not,Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Daysis happening, and IO has released a (presumably intentional) low-fi trailer to celebrate. The video shows that schizophrenic maniac James Seth Lynch actually seems to be somewhat settled down with a female companion, while the more level-headed Kane is up to no good, and apparently in a very bad situation. S’pretty kick-ass.
The trailer is chaotic, violent and rather screwed up, which is what one expects from aKane & Lynchvideo. Like the last game, the promotion is looking sleek and epic, but of course we’ll have to see how the final game comes out before making any judgements.
Having recently beat the original game for the first time a few weeks ago, I’m looking forward toDog Days. Iexplained in an articlewhy I felt the game had serious potential and was nowhere as bad as people say, and I think that if IO Interactive can learn from its mistakes,Dog Dayswill be a seriously good game. You may choose a more cynical approach, but screw it — I am excited for aKane & Lynchgame.
