The super-KickstartedOuyaAndroid OS home console will also be a game streaming box.It was announced todaythat OnLive’s service will be available through the console at launch date, which means that Ouya owners will be able to stream console-quality titles and demos from this little box.

When OnLive first heard about OUYA, we were excited to see console gaming becoming more available and open. Like OUYA, we came to gaming with a new vision for making top-quality gaming accessible to more people, and we continue to look for ways to expand on that vision.
This isn’t quite as big as Sony acquiring Gaikai, but it’s still a pretty big deal as it makes this $100 console even more attractive as a cloud-based streaming solution.
