Scheduled for release in 2008, Game Boys follows the story of two 30-year-old gamers hired by the Department of Homeland Security to recruit an army of gamers to battle the live monsters created from the video game they have already mastered....

Alphabet Spaghetti Western El Hijo, described by developer Honig Studio as “a cosmic adventure” is a quirky looking tactical stealth title which puts the player in the shoes of a six-year-old child, on a mission to track down his missing mother after escaping the monastery where he had been sequestered for safe-keeping. Being a child, El Hijo will have to use his wiles to dodge the bandits and outlaws roaming his town, ducking in and out of the shadows and using lateral thinking and the environment to overcome obstacles and slip past enemies....

There’s some potential here Impact Winterreleases on May 22. It is currently May 18. The game is, at times, unplayable right now. This is bad. Impact Winter’spremise really has me interested. Players control their character in hopes of surviving for 30 days in the harshness of an impact winter. There are fellow survivors, but there is no way todirectlycontrol them. It’s possible to give them orders and lifestyles, but that’s all....

While not showing any gameplay footage, the trailer gives us a good idea what to expect from the sequel — more of the grim scowling and punching of the first game, and a new kind of armor system that gives the DC heroes a kind of knockoff Ironman quality....

It seems to be a rather impressive homage to survival horror games at first, with a surprisingly authenticSilent Hillatmosphere and aResident Evilstyle HUD. Then Lara Croft appears and starts getting sexy. Apparently, this is what Pringles does now. It makes young ladies appear and start taking their cosplay clothes off in dark and sleazy rooms … I must remember to pick some up the next time I go grocery shopping....
