Electronic Arts has filed a new trademark with theEuropean Union Intellectual Property Officefor a project known asPlants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville.
There are no substantial details relating to this mystery title, but the trademark conveniently comes while the publisher is at work on a newPvZentry for PS4 and Xbox One. Select players were recently invited by email tobeta test this console release, currently known only as “Picnic”.Plants vs. Zombies 3, which wasannounced just last month,is also in the works for mobile platforms, soNeighborvillecould also be a re-titling for that entry.
