Gearbox head Randy Pitchford recently had a tease in mind when asked about potentialBorderlands 2DLC themes. “I’ve always wanted to ride a sail barge and drive a Sand Skiff. I’ve always wanted to do that, and we’ve got some cool stuff that’s along those lines.”Return of the Jedi-landsconfirmed?
If you’re foaming at the mouth for DLC, you can buy theSeason Passnow for $30, which includes the four planned DLCs, set to releasebyJune 2013. Keep in mind that any potential DLC after that point will most likely not be included in the pass, andthe Mechromanceris also not included in said pass.

Personally, I wasn’t a fan of any of the first game’s DLC outside ofGeneral Knoxx, so I’m a bit weary here on dropping $30. Thankfully, Pitchford explained at the PAX Gearbox panel that the upcoming DLC packs would be more in-line withKnoxxthan anything else, so that gives me hope.
