Score one for local multiplayer

As of just a few days ago, it seemed very possible thatSportsfriends— the multiplayer-focused, four-game compendium that includesJohann Sebastian Joust,BaraBariBall,Super Pole Riders, andHokra— wouldn’t be able to meet its $150,000 goal on Kickstarter. Thankfully, the campaignpulled through and was funded today.

I had expected this to garner more support than it did based on how passionate some people have been about these games (J.S. Joust, in particular) and the pretty solid list of supported platforms (PlayStation 3, Windows, Mac, and Linux). Not that it particularly matters now, but it was interesting to see this all play out. You did it, folks.
