There are only five shotguns in all ofWarzone 2.0andMW2, counting the latest one inSeason 2. Most of these shotguns aren’t worth using, either due to their unwieldy nature or the impressively slow fire rate. Thankfully, there are two shotguns that will help you get easy headshots, but for different reasons.
Lockwood 300
The first shotgun worth using for easy headshots is the Lockwood 300. I like to consider this shotgun to be a hybrid almost, as you may tweak it for longer-range engagements to the point of treating it like a pseudo-sniper rifle.
While it isn’t the fastest shotgun, it is the deadliest. Furthermore, its immense power and decent accuracy make it useful for landing headshots. If you want a gun that will basically insta-kill nearly any foe you come across, use this Lockwood 300 loadout:
KV Broadside
The KV Broadside is the latest shotgunintroduced in Season 2. This is by far the best shotgun in the entire category. However, unlike the Lockwood 300, it has less potential as a longer-range gun.
The KV Broadside is very much a short-range killer. This is a semi-automatic shotgun with the most impressive fire rate in the whole group. Unlike the other shotguns, this one will quickly dispose of your enemies with its decently-sized magazine.

With this iteration, you’ll have plenty of ammo and decent handling. The speed of the KV Broadside loadout also means that you’ll quickly fire off headshots, even if you aren’t confident in your accuracy.
The KV Broadside is the easiest shotgun to get headshots with since it is so forgiving and fast. This shotgun works well in bothWarzone 2.0andMW2, but watch out for its limited range.
