Some rumors came out today about the next Xbox, and the most jarring piece of information for me was the idea that the lower tier model would be tied to a ten dollar monthly subscription. As somebody who pays less than half of that for Xbox Live currently and is struggling to continue justifying it, I can’t imagine what the next Xbox could offer that would make me want to pay that amount. Of course, the implication from the rumor is that the upper tier Xbox won’t have a subscription fee at all…
