Arc System Works has revealed its western roll-out plan for its upcoming fighterUnder Night In-Birth Exe:Late [cl-r].The pretty anime punch-up –as previously noted– will arrive in North America and Japan on February 20, with European players only having to wait a further day to get their hands on the updated release.
ArcSys also released a trailer for the solitary new star who will be headed to the Under Night roster that day. Londrekia is an aristocratic-looking young member of Ritter Schild, whose prowess in battle is spoken of in hushed whispers. Known as the “Frozen Fang of Eternity,” Londrekia’s attacks have a frosty feel, while his movement has the grace of an ice dancer, not dissimilar toKing of Fighters‘ Kula Diamond in his fighting style.
Aside from Londrekia’s appearance, Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late [cl-r]also brings with it an overhauled U.I, new mechanics and a huge list of “over 1000” balance tweaks. While not at the forefront of many people’s minds among theStreet FightersandTekkensof the world,Under Nighthas a style, presence and fanbase all of its own, who are no doubt eager to get their hands on this updated edition.
Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late [cl-r]launches on PS4 and Nintendo Switch on February 20-21.
