Tokyo will see a celebration of all things Sega next month, with the announcement of the Sega Festival 2018, which takes place at Bellesalle Akihabara on April 14-15.
The event will feature Sega games old and new, including museum displays looking at the company’s hardware, arcades and marketing materials, as well as Q&A panels, merchandise stands, competitions and special guests.
Sega has also stated that a “surprise announcement” is to be made at the event. This announcement is always described as being “unique to Sega.” I know that you, me, everyone else we know, or have ever met, want this to beVirtua Fighter 6, but I wouldn’t be shocked if it was confirmation of thenewSonicracingtitle, which has beenrumouredfor some time now.
Sega Fes 2018 takes place in Akihabra, Tokyo on the weekend of April 14.
