For game fans, you can see the proof for yourself by playing the missions that were added in the 1.6 “Edgerunners” update forCyberpunk 2077.
While talking to El Capitan as part of the new missions after the 1.6 update, he will provide info aboutEdgerunners‘ protagonist, David, and makes reference to the fact that the events took place a year ago.
