Fans of theOne Pieceanime have been waiting for the anime’s return for months now. While there’s still a bit more waiting to go, it won’t be for long. After all, theOne Pieceanime will be resuming with the Egghead Arc this April.
The animestarted its six-month hiatusin October last year, citing a need to recharge as the reason. However, fans weren’t left hanging. During the break, the well-received One Piece Fan Letter special and a remastered version of the Fishman Island Arc was aired in the anime’s usual time slot.

The upcoming return
Unlike the momentous 3D/2Y change in the franchise, the anime will follow the original plan. It will resume airing the Egghead Arc onApril 6. Furthermore, Crunchyroll confirmed thatthe platform will be simulcasting the returnin the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Latin America. All previous episodes are also available to stream on the platform.
IGN also releasedthe English-subbed teaser trailerfor the anime’s upcoming return, giving us a glimpse of what the recharged production team will deliver. Furthermore, we will be hearingSubaru Kimura as Frankyfor the first time as the series resumes.
