Ciaccona’s banner is in the second phase ofWuthering Waves2.3, so she will be released onMay 22 at 10am(server time). The exact timing of her banner release will vary for each in-game server, as they all follow different time zones.

Asia and SEA
Players on the Asian and SEA servers will be the first ones to welcome Ciaccona’s banner.
Europe
Ciaccona’s banner will release on the European server seven hours after it is out on the Asian and SEA servers.
America
Naturally, Ciaccona’s banner will be released last on the American server.
Ciaccona is an amazing sub-DPS and support unit for Aero teams. She can deal a decent amount of damage and buff her party members’ Aero DMG and Aero Erosion DMG. Additionally, Ciaccona can apply Aero Erosion and Spectro Frazzle effects on enemies, allowing her to function in Zani and Phoebe teams as well.
Ciaccona’s banner duration is slightly shorter than the usual banner length, as it will only be available until June 10. That said, it is still enough time to get her considering version 2.3 is theWuthering Wavesanniversary update.
