For $500, this Kratos statue better guard my home

It’s technically on sale Sony is producing a 26″ statue of the God of War himself, and at $499.99 a piece (that’s $100 off!), I would expect this thing to ward off everything from burglars to evil spirits to mermen. There are 500 statuesavailablefor pre-sale now, with an estimated ship date of December 4. The trailer is curious. If you’re one to take anything, and I meananything, as a hint that a video game sequel is in the works, that bit at the end with the omega symbol suggestsGod of War 4is coming....

How long is Emio – The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club?

The latest entry in the previously latentFamicom Detective Club,Emio – The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club, is a visual novel. It’s not really an investigation game, as you don’t have much agency in searching for answers, so it’s largely linear. Having said that, how long does it take to complete? It will probably take youbetween 12-15 hours. There isn’t really much you may do in terms of side activities, and the structure is rather rigid....

I need to know Hideo Kojima’s interactive teaserP.T.has been a hot topic of discussion for the past week and a half. Little Nightmares is somehow both cute and terrifying at the same time

Silent Hill meets Inside? Bandai Namco has properly revealedLittle Nightmares, a new adventure title that has you playing as a raincoat–wearing little girl named Six trying to escape an underwater vessel filled with corrupted souls. I love how that description went from cute to scary real quick, which seems to be the tone of the game as well. Little Nightmaresreminds me a bit of Tim Burton films, a little bit ofSilent Hill, a smidgen ofInside, and a hint ofUnravel....

Oculus Rift DK2 uses a Samsung smartphone screen as its display

This thing’s got the biggest bezels I’ve ever seen! During a teardown of the newOculus RiftDK 2 unit, iFixit.com has found that the Oculus Rift uses a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 screen as its display unit. Speculation is that with Oculus trying to ship 45,000 units as well as having a partnership with Samsung this was a great economical move on their part. The screen is a sharp 5.7″ Super AMOLED 1080p screen that appears to be overclocked to 75 Hz from the Galaxy Note 3’s original 60 Hz....
